That’s why we use professional 4K cameras and dedicated microphones to ensure top-quality capture for your wedding event. Even if you don’t have a 4K TV, the clarity and detail will still stand out in every way.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you travel?
We love to travel! For locations beyond 60 minute round trip from Bryceville, FL, the Tier 2 or Tier 3 package is required. Additional travel fees apply for areas beyond a 60 mile round trip, and destination wedding travel costs will be determined through consultation. If the case of an overnight shoot, per diem will be included in the final quote.
Is there a deposit due?
A $1000.00 deposit is required with your signed contract to secure your date, with the remaining balance due within 3 days of the event. The Event will need to be paid in full before the shoot date. Since work begins in preparation for your event and other bookings are turned away, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
How strict are your time blocks?
We don’t watch the clock, if that’s what you’re wondering. Our goal is to capture every meaningful moment to create a wedding film you’ll treasure for years. However, we ask that you choose a package that aligns with your expectations. If additional coverage is needed to capture key moments during the reception, extra hours are available at $150/hour only while on location.
Videographer meals
Capturing a wedding day is demanding, and we truly appreciate a meal to keep us energized! We kindly ask for a meal of the same quality as your guests, served in the same room as the bridal party. Serving us right after the bridal party and family ensures we’re ready to jump back into filming as soon as you’re finished eating.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Since work begins well in advance of the event and other bookings are turned away, the initial payment is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule within 30 days of booking, your deposit can be applied to your new date.
Audio Recording
We will equip the Partner1, Partner 2 and officiant with lapel microphones during the ceremony for clear audio. If needed, we can also mic speech givers (not for live public broadcast). Whenever possible, we’ll connect to the MC or DJ’s audio system to capture high-quality sound directly from their microphones.
What kind of final product do I get?
We’re pretty flexible to your requests but normally we create a 6-7 minute cinematic highlight film of the best parts of your day! It will be synchronized to fully-licensed music. We will post to our social media accounts a short teaser film within 72 hours. We also offer a basic-edit full ceremony and basic-edit full speeches for an additional fee. All videos will be available on your own webpage on our Byler Media website with a password-protected download link.
Can I have all the raw footage please?
Filming an entire wedding day in 4K with multiple cameras generates a massive amount of footage—often over 200GB! From that, we carefully select the best moments to craft your highlight film. What you don’t see are multiple angles of the same scene, shaky or blurry shots, or accidental clips of the ground (and our shoes). Because of this, we typically don’t provide raw footage. However, if you have a specific reason for needing it, we’re happy to discuss it—there will be a $500 fee.
Music choices
Music is one of our most common questions! To ensure proper licensing, we use a vast library of pre-licensed music for our films. The selections are high-quality and perfectly suited for wedding films!
Second Videographers
If an additional videographer is present to assist in capturing your day, their coverage may not match the full duration of the primary videographer. However, we typically operate without a second shooter.
Do I have a choice of video equipment used?
Videography is an art, and you are investing in the final masterpiece. Equipment choices play a key role in the outcome and are solely at the discretion of the videographer to ensure the best possible result.
